I am a New York State Licensed Master Social Worker currently providing psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. My supportive, client-centered approach integrates therapy and behavioral coaching that is tailored to each client.
Through our work together, my clients discover new tools to self-regulate, find balance and direction, and recognize strengths. I provide individual and group therapy and coaching that utilizes modalities including (but not limited to) CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and play and art therapy. I have experience with in-person and tele-health services.
I work with a diverse roster of neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults and integrate communication with family, teachers, and other professionals to best serve my clients. Additionally, I am currently participating in the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities Program (LEND).
My clients also include professionals and students struggling with career, family, and life transition issues. I draw on my own experience as a parent of teens with work history as a team member and leader in corporate, non-profit, and freelance settings.
